Pre Purchase Site Inspections & System Assessment
Prior to the purchase of any site containing a septic tank or wastewater treatment system, it is important to assess the condition of the installed system.
Total Wastewater Solutions will, with permission, inspect the system on the proposed site.
A purchase assessment will include:
- System Assessment
- CCTV Inspection
- Full Written Report
- Recommendation on remedial reworks if required
- Approximation of cost of remedial works.
